Welcome to Lumibox. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lumibox website and app (“Lumibox”, “we”, “our”). By using Lumibox, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

User: anyone who signs up for or uses Lumibox.

Connected accounts: the email and messaging accounts you choose to connect to Lumibox.

Content: the emails, messages, attachments and contacts that come from your connected accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lumibox. By using Lumibox, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of the Service

Lumibox brings your email and messages into one inbox, and uses AI to sort and summarise them. Some features are marked as coming soon and may not be available yet.

4. Your Accounts and Content

You choose which accounts to connect, and you can disconnect them at any time. You confirm that you have the right to connect them.

You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to provide Lumibox to you.

5. AI Features

Summaries, labels and briefs are created by AI and may not always be accurate. Please check important details in the original message before you act on them. AI in Lumibox never sends, deletes or moves messages on its own.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Lumibox to send spam or unwanted messages

• Send campaigns to people who have not agreed to receive them

• Use Lumibox for anything illegal, harmful or abusive

• Try to access other users’ data or interfere with the service

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Plans and Payments

Some features require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you buy. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, interfaces and software in Lumibox are the property of Lumibox. You receive a limited, revocable license to use Lumibox for lawful purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lumibox is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties of:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability

• Accuracy of AI-generated summaries and labels

• Suitability for your specific needs or region

10. Limitation of Liability

Lumibox is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of data or device failure

• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for Lumibox in the 12 months before the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumibox and its partners from any claims arising from your use or misuse of Lumibox or a breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Lumibox or These Terms

We may update Lumibox or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You can stop using Lumibox and delete your account at any time. We may end access for violations, fraud or misuse.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any legal claims must be filed in the courts of Sweden.
